Job Title: Trades Assistant
Location: Sunshine Coast
What you’ll do:
* Prepare and organize parts for tradespeople working in the locomotive workshop
* Operate machinery safely (licenses required)
* Perform manual and workshop tasks following rail industry safety standards
* Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized
* Work closely with your team to support daily operations and project goals
What we’re looking for:
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
Valid driver’s license and forklift license (essential)
Dogging or rigging tickets (desirable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Commitment to safety and a Zero Harm workplace
